Paella - Spanish saffron rice
Travel cheap starting with having Spain’s iconic national dish since 1940 on your plate. Have fun and add vegetables, seafood, chorizo y visualizó el mar.
You will need
3 1/2 cups (875ml) of water
In a cauldron, mix all the ingredients and add 3 1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a low heat. Cover and simmer without stirring for 15 to 20 minutes or until desired consistency. Add seafood or chicken to complement your paella.
Makes about 8 servings
