This is a hearty, healthy meal, with soy proteins and our famous chipotle spice mix that makes it unique. Rediscover chili with a twist!
You will need:
- One can of diced tomatoes (796 mL)
- 900 mL cold water
- Pour the contents of the jar, the can of tomatoes and the water into a slow cooker. Stir them together to thoroughly mix the ingredients. Cover and cook for 6 hours on high.
- Optional: At the end of cooking time, stir in 1 can of corn or 1 cup of frozen corn, and wait a few minutes until it is hot. Serve with freshly chopped coriander and lime juice.
